For a major healthcare provider, Mr. Coppola implemented a full project methodology from scratch including all hiring, mentoring and leading a team growing to seven project managers in three years. He provided CIO level services including P&L responsibility with budget over $7M, annual salaries $430K, 70 associates and ten direct reports. Negotiated and managed offshore vendor relationships of over $2M.
